Stellenbeschreibung

Die Position ist bis November 2027 befristet zu besetzen.

Werde Teil der Crew die Hamburg noch schöner macht in Teil- oder Vollzeit (30 - 40h/Woche)

Reguläre Arbeitszeiten: je nach Vereinbarung von Montag bis Freitag, zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr

  • Wirkungsvolle Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising Konzepte und Styling Vorgaben auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie in den Schaufenster
  • Vorbereitung von Kundenevents, saisonalen Aktionen und unterschiedlichen Marketingprogrammen
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation mit dem Verkauf und Warensupport bezüglich Warenaufbau auf der Verkaufsfläche und Warenpflege
  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie der einwandfreien Beleuchtung der Ware auf der Verkaufsfläche und im Schaufenster
  • Anbringung bestimmter Ladendekorationen, Umsetzung der Schaufensterkampagnen sowie Verarbeitung unterschiedlichster Materialien
  • Einsatz an einem Samstag pro Monat

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Visual Merchandising
  • Berufserfahrung im Premium-Segment und großes Interesse für Fashion & Lifestyle
  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie ein gutes Gespür für Trends und Marktentwicklung
  • Teamplayer mit Selbstständigkeit und Offenheit für Feedback
  • Grundlegende technische Affinität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse
