Courtier en immobilier / Courtière en immobilier (100%)

Votre mission :

  • Prospection active et acquisition de nouveaux mandats
  • Estimation et valorisation de biens immobiliers
  • Développement et fidélisation d’un portefeuille de clients
  • Accompagnement et conseil des vendeurs et acquéreurs
  • Organisation et conduite des visites
  • Négociation et conclusion de transactions immobilières
  • Participation au développement commercial et à la visibilité de l’agence

Votre profil :

  • Formation dans le domaine de l’immobilier ou expérience confirmée dans la vente et la négociation
  • De langue maternelle française avec excellentes connaissances dans une 2ème langue
  • Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier valaisan et réseau personnel/professionnel établi
  • Excellente présentation et aisance relationnelle
  • Dynamique, consciencieux/se, autonome et doté/e d’un excellent sens commercial
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, goût prononcé pour la prospection et la négociation
  • Maitrise des outils modernes de courtage immobilier
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule indispensables
  • Casier judiciaire vierge
  • Domicilié en Valais central
