O Assistente Comercial será responsável por realizar analise de garantia, analisar processos, procedimentos e resultados das unidades comerciais da Empresa, por meio do controle de produtos, documentos e informações, visando garantir a conformidade dos indicadores internos.

REGRA DE TROCA E ANALISE DE CREDITO

1ª Regra: só pode ser trocado produtos novos, em bom estado sem risco ou danos e com a etiqueta;

2ª Regra: só pode trocar Anéis da mesma referência por tamanho e cores diferentes,

OBS: Em caso de Pulseiras e tornozeleiras da mesma referência por tamanhos diferentes, Pingentes da mesma referência por letras e cores diferentes, santo com a mesma referência de modelos diferentes no mesmo valor. (ATENÇÃO SOMENTE COM AUTORIZAÇÃO DO SETOR DE LOGISTICA)

3ª Regra: Só pode realizar troca de produtos na loja em que comprou, devido ao controle de produtos em cada loja.

5ª Regra: Defeito no manuseio não pode ser gerando credito: peças amassadas, arranhadas, sem brilho, esticados, quebradas por atritos, oxidados por uso;

6ª Regra: só pode creditar peças com defeito de fábrica: quebra na soda, falha no banho de ouro da peça, perda de pedra enviar para análise e só em caso que o produto esteja novo e sem sinais de impacto;

ROTEIRO DE ANALISE DE CREDITO COM QUALIDADE

1º PASSO: Acolher o cliente, verificar qual o problema do mesmo, ouvi-lo com calma em todas as suas colocações;

2º PASSO: Receber a peça do cliente e verifica a nota e o certificado de garantia devidamente preenchido, caso o cliente não tenha o certificado, orientar que o mesmo é um documento e que da próxima vez será necessário;

3º PASSO: Verificar se o produto é novo com etiqueta, ou com pouco tempo de uso e perguntar ao cliente sobre os cuidados no manuseio, caso tenha sinais de desgaste.

4º PASSO: Fazer uma limpeza no produto para ter mais clareza na análise e com base nas informações contidas neste manual, verificar se é credito ou não, na dúvida enviar o produto para maior analise no setor de logística.

Realizar limpezas e Consertos de peças quebradas para as clientes

Controlar a devolução e as trocas de peças com defeito, conferindo relatorio e analisando as avarias e possíveis defeitos relatados e realizando reparos em conformidade às características do produto.

Analisa NFe e produto para verificar se estar com etiqueta em perfeito estado e produtos sem avarias

Emitir nota de troca, e enviar cliente para troca com vendedor. Ao emitir a Nota de troca o produto entra para 98 (troca TM) ou 99 (defeito, garantia). Analista atenção para endereçar produto no sistema.
