Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum 01.01.2027 eine engagierte Unterstützung in unserem Verwaltungsteam ggf. in Teilzeit. Der Beschäftigungsumfang beträgt 50 bis 100%. Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, arbeiten gerne in einem Team und behalten auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick? Sie arbeiten selbstständig, zuverlässig und sorgfältig? Zu Ihren Aufgabengebieten gehören u.a.:

  • Organisation und Bearbeitung administrativer Vorgänge
  • Betreuung des Empfangs
  • Terminvereinbarung und Kalenderpflege
  • Organisation und Koordination von Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Recherche, Referentenorganisation, Teilnehmermanagement und Raumorganisation
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Betreuung von Inhouse-Besprechungen und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Erstellung von Protokollen
  • Pflege der Ablagen, Datenbeständen und Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

Was Sie für einen erfolgreichen Start bei uns mitbringen sollten:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r, Kommunikationsassistent /in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • eine fachfremde Ausbildung, bspw. aus den Branchen Tourismus, Bank, Immobilienwesen, Versicherungswesen oder Handel sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office bzw. Microsoft 365, insbesondere Outlook und Teams, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken
  • sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in deutscher Sprache
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
