In Vollzeit für unseren Standort in Schwentinental. Wir produzieren und vermarkten Lösungen für den biologischen Pflanzenschutz, die auf der ganzen Welt als nachhaltige Alternativen zu chemischen Mitteln eingesetzt werden.

Du möchtest eigene Ideen zur Entwicklung mikrobieller Produkte einbringen, arbeitest gern praktisch im Labor und Dich reizt die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Die Position eignet sich sowohl für Berufseinsteiger mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen aus Abschlussarbeit oder Praktika, als auch für Bewerber mit Berufserfahrung von etwa 2 bis 3 Jahren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Fermentation von Mikroorganismen und Entwicklung mikrobieller Produkte
  • Planung und Durchführung von Laborversuchen
  • Selbständige Organisation und Überwachung eigener Experimente und Aufgaben, inkl. Zeitplanung und Dokumentation
  • Analyse experimenteller Daten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Erkennen von Problemen und Erarbeiten von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Regelmäßige Berichte zu Fortschritt, Ergebnis und Planung

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Studium Biotechnologie, Bioprozesstechnik, Umweltmikrobiologie oder Vergleichbares
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Labortechniken sowie mit Kultivierung und Fermentation von Mikroorganismen
  • Erfahrung in Planung von Experimenten, Arbeit nach Laborprotokollen und Dokumentation von Ergebnissen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Analyse und Auswertung experimenteller Daten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung in R und weiteren Datenanalyseprogrammen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Organisationstools wie Notion und Microsoft Planner
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
