The posting

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für eine Geschäftseinheit mit mehreren Dutzend Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Verkehrsinfrastruktur und Tiefbau. Im Zentrum stehen die unternehmerische und wirtschaftliche Führung der Einheit, die Weiterentwicklung des Geschäfts sowie die Führung und Befähigung der Führungskräfte.

Ihr bevorzugter Arbeitsort ist Bern, verbunden mit der dortigen Standortleitung. Alternativ sind Zürich oder Luzern möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unternehmerische Führung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftseinheit
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die wirtschaftliche Performance, einschliesslich Budget, Profitabilität und Ressourcensteuerung
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungsleitenden sowie Förderung einer leistungsorientierten und wertschätzenden Führungskultur
  • Weiterentwicklung der Organisation, Kompetenzen und bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Aktive Geschäftsentwicklung, Akquisition und Pflege wichtiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Übergeordnete Steuerung des Projektportfolios sowie Unterstützung in anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen
  • Repräsentation der Mandantin in relevanten Fachgremien, Netzwerken und im Schweizer Infrastrukturmarkt

Ihr Profil

  • Technische oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung mit fundierter Erfahrung im Schweizer Infrastruktur\- und Ingenieurmarkt
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Starkes Netzwerk sowie Erfahrung in Geschäftsentwicklung und Akquisition
  • Entscheidungsstarke, verbindliche Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge und der Anforderungen öffentlicher Auftraggeber
