The posting

Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) sorgst du für eine professionelle Steuerung von Großprojekten und die erfolgreiche Inbetriebnahme integrierter Sicherheitslösungen, die Zutrittskontrollsysteme, Videotechnik, sowie verschiedene Detektionssysteme für den Einbruch-, Perimeter- und den Brandschutz umfassen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die technisch und betriebswirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Implementierung integrierter Sicherheitslösungen.
  • Als erfahrener Projektleiter sorgst du für eine klare Projektstruktur (Meilensteine, Arbeitspakete, Verantwortlichkeiten, Reporting) sowie ein Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungscontrolling inkl. Forecast, Nachtrags- und Claim-Management.
  • Du koordinierst die technische Ausführung von der Projektvorbereitung bis zur Inbetriebnahme inklusive Funktionstests, „As-built“-Dokumentation und Abnahmen. Dabei stellst Du die Einhaltung von Normen-, Hersteller- und Kundenvorgaben sicher.
  • Du führst interne Projektteams (Bauleiter, Techniker, Systemspezialisten und Inbetriebnahme-Ingenieure) fachlich und steuerst externe Partner/ Nachunternehmer inkl. Leistungsbewertung, Unterweisung und Qualitätskontrolle gemeinsam mit dem Bauleiter.
  • Du fungierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden-Projektleiter, den Generalunternehmer und Sicherheitsverantwortlichen im Projekt und moderierst technische Klärungen, Jour Fixes und Eskalationen.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Bauleiter stellst Du die Umsetzung gesetzlichen und kundenspezifischen Arbeitssicherheitsanforderungen sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Qualifikation als staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Meister.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung - idealerweise Projektsteuerung von sicherheitstechnischen oder elektrotechnischen Projekten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in VOB, Bau- und Vertragsrecht, sowie Routine in Reporting, Projektcontrolling und Nachtragsmanagement.
  • Erfahrung mit Sicherheitstechnik und Verständnis von Systemintegration/ IT-Infrastruktur.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift. Deine Englisch-Kenntnisse sind darüber hinaus sehr gut.
