Als Security Design Engineer entwickelst Du Sicherheitskonzepte und übernimmst Planungsprojekte mit dem Schwerpunkt Sicherheitstechnik für unsere Kunden aus der Kritischen Infrastruktur. Du bist Experte in Deinem Fachgebiet und liebst es, Deine Ergebnisse zu präsentieren? Du willst nah an der Operativen sein, die deine Lösungskonzepte umsetzt und an Innovationen beteiligt sein? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektverantwortung: Du leitest eigenständig Planungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheitstechnik für nationale und internationale Großkunden.
  • Beratung & Konzeption: Du entwickelst technische Sicherheitskonzepte und führst Sicherheitsaudits und Schulungen für unsere Kunden durch.
  • Operative Umsetzung: In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CAD-Team erstellst Du die nach Leistungsphase der HOAI, RIBA oder SIA 112 relevanten Planungsunterlagen und führst im Rahmen der Ausführungsüberwachung Abnahmen durch.
  • Technologie & Prozesse: Du optimierst Prozesse und bringst Deine Ideen bei der Anwendung von BIM für alle Lebensphasen eines integrierten Gebäudesicherheitssystems ein.
  • Kommunikation & Schnittstellenfunktion: Du koordinierst Aktivitäten mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Projektbeteiligten. Dabei sorgst Du für Klarheit in Meetings und trägst Beratungs- und Planungsergebnisse überzeugend vor.

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektro- und Informationstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Erfahrung mit der Planung sicherheitstechnischer Anlagen (Zutrittskontrollsysteme, Videotechnik, Perimeter-Detektionssysteme, Einbruchmelde- und Brandmeldetechnik).
  • Versiert im Umgang mit CAD-Anwendungen (bevorzugt: Autodesk AutoCAD und Revit).
  • Spaß daran, mit Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu arbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Projektleitungserfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik und/oder Erfahrung mit dem Sicherheitsmanagement sind ein Plus.
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift. Deine Englisch-Kenntnisse sind darüber hinaus sehr gut.
