Als Service Manager stellst du sicher, dass geplante technische Serviceeinsätze wie Wartungen inklusive Software-Updates, Inspektionen und Instandhaltungen effizient, termingerecht und in hoher Qualität durchgeführt werden. Damit leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Stabilität unserer Kundenlösungen und zur Zufriedenheit unserer Auftraggeber.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du koordinierst das technische Kunden-Onboarding und setzt Servicevereinbarungen operativ um.
  • Wartungstermine und Software-Updates für Managementsysteme sicherheitstechnischer Anlagen planst und pflegst du im ERP-System und stimmst dich dabei eng mit der Personalplanung ab.
  • Du erstellst, dokumentierst und verfolgst Wartungspläne sowie die Ergebnisse der Serviceeinsätze.
  • Bei allen Einsätzen achtest du auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und KRITIS-Vorgaben.
  • Ergebnisse aus Wartungen bereitest du strukturiert auf und übergibst sie an Abrechnung und Vertrieb

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Servicebereich mit, idealerweise in der Sicherheitstechnik.
  • Systeme wie ServiceNow und ERP (z. B. SAP, MS Dynamics oder esoffice) sind dir vertraut.
  • Du kennst ITIL-Prozesse und hast Erfahrung in der Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Techniker, Meister oder vergleichbar) oder ein Studium hast du bereits im Gepäck.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office runden dein Profil ab.
