The posting

Company: E2E Cleaning Services Location: Commercial client sites across the Tampa Bay area. You choose your service area. Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, per cleaner, depending on the site, the shift and your experience Type: On-call, as needed. 1099 subcontract for registered cleaning businesses E2E Cleaning Services cleans offices, medical practices, schools, childcare centers, condominium buildings, an event venue and other commercial sites across Tampa Bay. When one of our cleaners can't make a shift, the client still expects a clean building, so we're building a bench of experienced, reliable cleaning companies we can call for last-minute coverage. You pick the areas you cover and the shifts you take. We train your team on the sites near you before you ever cover one, and pay a premium rate for every hour worked. What you'll do Cover janitorial shifts on short notice when our regular cleaner is out, at sites in your service area Follow each site's written route card and checklist: restrooms, trash, dusting, high-touch disinfecting, break rooms, glass and floors Clean to E2E's quality standard. Your work is inspected the same way our team's is. Clock in and out on our app, and report damage, leaks or low supplies before you leave Follow each site's access, alarm and lock-up rules What we're looking for A registered cleaning business with general liability insurance, and professional experience in commercial janitorial, day porter, medical office, hotel housekeeping or similar work Reliability above everything. When you accept a shift, you're there on time. Able to work on your own from a checklist and check your own work Available on short notice for at least some shifts: same day, early morning, evening, overnight or weekends Cleaners who can stand, bend and kneel for a full shift and lift at least 20 lbs Floor machine (auto scrubber, burnisher), carpet care or medical office experience is a plus. Tell us your strengths and we'll match you to the sites that need them. English and Spanish both welcome. Bilingual is a plus, not a requirement. How it works Apply and tell us your service area, availability and strengths Send us your business W-9 and certificate of insurance. Every cleaner you send passes our background check. Paid training on one or more sites in your area that fit your strengths When a shift opens, we call or text the subs trained on that site. Take the ones that work for you. You're never required to accept a shift. Work the shift, clock in and out on the app, and invoice us for your hours. Invoices are paid net 30. What we offer $25 to $30 an hour per cleaner for every hour worked, paid net 30 on your invoice You choose your service area and which shifts you take Paid training on each site before you cover it, plus that site's route card and checklist Supplies and equipment provided at every site E2E uniform shirts provided for your cleaners at client sites More work for reliable subs: the ones who show up get first call and get trained on more sites Solo owner-operator or a full crew? Both are welcome. The more of your cleaners we train, the more sites and call-outs you can cover. Tell us in your application how many people you have. Requirements: A registered cleaning business, general liability insurance (certificate of insurance before your first shift), and a W-9 for the business. Every cleaner you send must be 18 or older and pass a background check, and needs reliable transportation and a smartphone for our app, team chat and photo reports. How to apply: Apply through this posting and answer the application questions. Qualified companies are contacted to collect insurance and W-9 paperwork, run background checks and set up paid site training.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
