Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Organisation der Apotheke
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Apothekenteams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Tagesgeschäfts
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Verantwortung für wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Standortes
  • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen pharmazeutischen Beratung unserer Stamm- und Neukunden
  • Umsetzung innovativer Ideen und strategischer Projekte
