Um unser Vertriebs- und Recruiting Geschäft weiter auszubauen, suchen wir einen vertriebsstarken Recruiter mit Erfahrung aus der Personalberatung. Du erkennst Potenziale, führst qualifizierende Gespräche und bringst die richtigen Menschen mit den richtigen Apotheken zusammen.

Aufgaben

  • Du identifizierst und gewinnst neue Kontakte im Apothekenmarkt und führst qualifizierende Erstgespräche mit potenziellen Kunden und Kandidaten.
  • Du analysierst Personalbedarfe, erkennst Geschäftspotenziale und entwickelst passende Lösungen für Apotheken.
  • Du baust aktiv Netzwerke auf und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen zu Apothekern, Führungs- und Fachkräften.
  • Du steuerst den Lead-Prozess von der Kandidatenansprache über Interviews bis zur erfolgreichen Vermittlung und Gründung.
  • Du arbeitest daten- und KPI-basiert, dokumentierst Aktivitäten im CRM und sorgst für eine hohe Qualität im Sales Funnel.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Außendienst zusammen und unterstützt durch eine professionelle Beratung, überzeugende Kommunikation und eine starke Client Experience.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast bereits erfolgreich in einer Personalberatung, Personalvermittlung oder einem vergleichbaren vertriebsorientierten Recruiting-Umfeld gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der aktiven Kandidatenansprache, Kundenberatung und Besetzung von Vakanzen.
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Vertriebs- und Dienstleistungsmentalität mit und hast Freude daran, Netzwerke aufzubauen.
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf allen Hierarchieebenen und überzeugst durch dein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, zielorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder Apothekenmarkt ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
