What Our Client Offers

  • Basic Salary: S$3,800–S$5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Five-day work week | 8:30am–5:30pm
  • Work Location: Assigned project sites across Singapore
  • Exposure across BMS project stages, from site coordination to testing, commissioning and handover.

Our client is an established building automation and controls solutions company seeking a Project Engineer to support BMS project delivery. BMS or HVAC controls project experience in data centres or hospitals is particularly valued, alongside relevant commercial, institutional or industrial building experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with BMS project design, planning and execution, monitoring progress and supporting scheduling and cost control for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors; attend site meetings and follow through on technical, installation and coordination issues.
  • Review engineering drawings and supervise subcontractors to ensure installation follows approved revisions, project specifications, quality and safety requirements.
  • Prepare progress reports, method statements, site records and project documentation.
  • Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and handover in line with customer requirements.
  • Inspect completed works and follow up on defects and non-conformances.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant BMS, building automation or HVAC controls project experience.
  • Practical exposure to installation coordination, testing or commissioning; BMS project experience in data centres or hospitals is an advantage.
  • Able to understand engineering drawings and specifications and coordinate site activities.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through with contractors, consultants and project teams.

BMS commissioning/application engineers and M&E Project Engineers with relevant controls project involvement are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a relevant engineering qualification and limited relevant experience may also be considered, with training provided.
