Importante empresa ubicada en Ciudad Empresarial (El Salto, Huechuraba) se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) Encargado(a) de Pádel, quien será responsable de coordinar y supervisar la operación diaria de las canchas, asegurando una experiencia de excelencia para los usuarios y el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

Principales funciones:

  • Administrar y gestionar las reservas de canchas mediante la plataforma EasyCancha y atención presencial.
  • Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, supervisando aspectos relacionados con limpieza, iluminación, mantención de áreas verdes, baños y zonas de tránsito.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de uso de las canchas y los horarios de arriendo establecidos.
  • Gestionar la venta y arriendo de implementos deportivos y otros productos asociados.
  • Emitir boletas por las ventas realizadas y mantener registros actualizados.
  • Realizar la apertura y cierre de las instalaciones.
  • Efectuar cuadraturas de caja al término de cada turno.
  • Informar diariamente las novedades operativas y contingencias a la Encargada de Filial.
  • Apoyar en la coordinación de actividades, eventos y requerimientos de los usuarios.

Horario:

  • Lunes a viernes de 18:00 a 24:00 horas.
  • Contrato de 30 horas semanales.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Formación técnica en Administración, Turismo, Hotelería o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cargos de atención de público, administración u operación de recintos deportivos.
  • Manejo de herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario vespertino.
