Nous recherchons actuellement des formateur.rice.s ultra-motivé.e.s pour animer des sessions de formation aux métiers d’employé en libre-service, vendeur et responsable de magasin ! Tu interviendras en freelance pour accompagner les apprenant.e.s dans le développement de leurs compétences métiers, en vous appuyant sur un référentiel de compétences clairement défini.

Tes missions :

  • Animer les blocs de compétences liés aux métiers d'employé en libre-service et vendeur.
  • Concevoir et adapter les contenus pédagogiques en respectant les objectifs définis par le référentiel de compétences.
  • Mettre en place des activités pratiques et des mises en situation pour favoriser l'acquisition des savoir-faire.
  • Evaluer les acquis des apprenant.e.s via des exercices pratiques et des mises en situation.
  • Assurer un suivi pédagogique et encourager la montée en compétences de chaque apprenant.e.
  • Participer aux bilans pédagogiques et rendre compte de la progression du groupe.
  • Garantir une dynamique de groupe positive et un climat d'apprentissage bienveillant.

Ton profil :

  • Formateur.rice freelance avec une expertise en vente, commerce ou distribution.
  • Expérience confirmée en animation de formations et en accompagnement pédagogique.
  • Connaissance approfondie des compétences requises pour les d’employé en libre-service et vendeur.
  • Capacité à s’appuyer sur un référentiel de compétences pour concevoir des parcours adaptés.
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques et les plateformes de formation en ligne.
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens de l’écoute et pédagogie active.
  • Dynamique, motivé.e et prêt.e à s’investir dans la réussite des apprenant.e.s.
  • Un plus : être habilité à certifier sur les Titres Professionnels "Employé Commercial", "Conseiller de Vente" et "Manager d'Etablissement Marchand"
