EADTrust es una empresa española con 17 años de vida y un equipo de 30 personas especializada en servicios cualificados de confianza (firma electrónica, sellado de tiempo, certificados digitales) bajo regulación europea eIDAS / eIDAS 2. Algo más de la mitad del equipo se dedica diariamente a desarrollo, infraestructura y cumplimiento. Trabajamos con bancos, despachos jurídicos, administraciones públicas y operadores regulados.

Buscamos un especialista con experiencia sólida para operar, automatizar y asegurar la plataforma cloud que soporta las aplicaciones de uno de los proyectos más importantes de la empresa, desplegada principalmente en AWS y con cargas en Oracle Cloud (OCI). La persona asumirá la gestión íntegra de la plataforma tras un periodo de traspaso de varios meses en colaboración con el proveedor actual, trabajará con autonomía en la operación diaria y en las mejoras incrementales, y escalará al responsable de Infraestructura las decisiones de arquitectura y las dudas de mayor complejidad. El objetivo de este rol es llevar la plataforma a un nivel de estabilidad, seguridad y cumplimiento homogéneo con los estándares de la compañía y mantenerlo a lo largo de la siguiente etapa de crecimiento. Trabajarás de manera estrecha con las 5 personas del equipo de infraestructura y con el equipo de desarrollo.

Tareas y responsabilidades principales:

• Operar y mantener la plataforma cloud (AWS y OCI).

• Administrar cargas serverless y clústeres de Kubernetes gestionados.

• Gestionar API gateways (Kong) y la integración de las aplicaciones con el proveedor de identidad corporativo (Okta).

• Mantener la infraestructura como código con Terraform y los pipelines de despliegue con GitLab CI y ArgoCD (GitOps).

• Operar las bases de datos PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis y la mensajería (RabbitMQ): mantenimiento, copias de seguridad y pruebas de restauración.

• Gestionar la observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana) y el alertado; responder a incidentes y realizar análisis de causa raíz.

• Gestionar identidades y accesos (IAM) en ambas nubes y aplicar las políticas de seguridad y cumplimiento de la compañía.

• Documentar la plataforma: runbooks, diagramas y procedimientos operativos.

• Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo y coordinarse con proveedores externos.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Experiencia práctica con AWS en producción: VPC y redes, EC2, EKS, IAM, S3, Route53, balanceadores.

• Administración de Kubernetes: upgrades, grupos de nodos, RBAC, ingress controllers y troubleshooting de pods y red.

• Terraform: módulos, estado remoto, gestión de varios entornos.

• CI/CD: pipelines de infraestructura y aplicaciones con GitLab CI o similar.

• Linux y redes: administración de sistemas, routing, VPN, TLS y certificados, DNS, firewalls.

• Scripting: Bash y Python (o lenguaje equivalente) para automatización.

• Observabilidad: Prometheus y Grafana o herramientas equivalentes.

• Más de 3 años operando infraestructura cloud en producción (incidentes, actualizaciones, migraciones), con responsabilidad directa sobre al menos un entorno productivo.

Certificación deseable:

• AWS SysOps Administrator, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
