Full-Time Caregiver – Day Shift

The Rivers at Maryland Farms | Brentwood, TN Now Under New Management by Greenbrier Senior Living

We’re hiring full-time night shift caregivers! If you’re compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping seniors, join a team where your care makes a difference.

The Rivers at Maryland Farms is looking for caregivers to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. This position is for full-time night shifts. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living
  • Help residents with bedtime and morning routines while respecting their preferences
  • Provide compassionate assistance, reassurance, and emotional support
  • Assist safely with transfers, mobility, and ambulation
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and overnight requests
  • Follow each resident’s individualized plan of care
  • Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor
  • Accurately document care provided during your shift
  • Communicate resident needs and updates during shift handoffs
  • Work closely with nursing and other team members to provide quality resident care
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, positive attitude and a desire to work with seniors
  • Availability to work full-time night shifts
  • Dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-focused approach
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CNA certification preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification, if required
  • Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist residents with transfers and mobility
