The posting

We are a dynamic portfolio of companies dedicated to advancing health, wellness, and longevity. Led by #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Dr. Peter Attia, we are redefining modern healthcare with a focus on Medicine 3.0—an approach that blends cutting-edge science with proactive, personalized care.

Early Medical is a pioneering virtual (telemedicine) practice specializing in longevity and healthspan optimization. We take a rigorous, science-driven, and precision-based approach, utilizing interventions in nutrition, exercise physiology, sleep optimization, and emotional resilience to help patients live longer and better. Early Medical is part of a broader ecosystem of ventures driven by Peter Attia, including The Drive, a widely recognized podcast dedicated to deep-diving into the science of longevity, and Early, a transformative digital health platform designed to guide individuals through their personalized health journey.

Our team is a high-caliber, mission-driven group of professionals who are deeply passionate about progressive learning and continuous innovation. We operate with autonomy, collaboration, and intellectual rigor, valuing curiosity and evidence-based decision-making. We are a fully remote company, spanning the U.S., united by a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in health and longevity. We are not just passionate about what we do—we are obsessed with excellence. Our standards are high because our work changes lives.

Join us as we introduce Medicine 3.0 to the world.

The Opportunity

As founders of Medicine 3.0, under the leadership of Dr. Peter Attia, we are experiencing sustained and growing demand for this model of care. Our waitlist continues to expand, reflecting a clear and accelerating shift toward proactive, longevity-focused medicine.

We are expanding our physician team to meet sustained demand for care, building on a stable and growing group of clinicians within the practice.

Our approach to growth is deliberate. We are not scaling for volume. We are increasing access while preserving the standard that defines the practice.

We have built a physician team composed of exceptional clinicians who demonstrate intellectual rigor, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous learning. Many have developed within the practice over time, reinforcing continuity, cohesion, and trust in the model. This foundation is stable and performing.

This role is part of the next phase of that growth: extending access to patients who are already seeking care, while maintaining the precision, personalization, and consistency that define Early Medical.

Our objective is straightforward. Expand access without compromising quality, and continue to define what modern medicine should look like.

Planned Hiring Cycles

We expand our physician team by recruiting through a deliberate, cohort-based hiring and onboarding model—ensuring growth remains controlled, supported, and consistent with our standard of care. Our hiring cycles run through Q2 2027. Please indicate in your application which cohort (quarter) aligns with your anticipated availability to onboard.

  • Fall and Winter 2026
  • Spring 2027
  • Summer 2027

Our cohort-based model ensures that each physician is onboarded into a fully supported, high-functioning clinical environment, maintaining consistency in both patient experience and clinical standards.

What You’ll Do

Communicating with clarity – You’ll translate complex concepts into actionable guidance, ensuring patients feel confident and supported.

Driving clinical innovation – You’ll continuously explore and implement new research, tools, and approaches that advance modern internal medicine.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
