The posting

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer with a strong Python background to join our Algorithms to Applications (A2A) team for a temporary maternity leave replacement.

Our team is at the forefront of innovation within Earnix, building modern applications and exploring cutting-edge technologies, including AI-powered development tools and workflows.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of innovative software solutions across multiple projects, focusing on both backend and frontend development.

You will have the opportunity to embrace modern AI-assisted engineering practices. and help drive innovation by turning new ideas and technologies into practical solutions.

We are looking for someone who combines strong programming fundamentals with curiosity, ownership, and enthusiasm for the evolving world of software development.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain backend functionality, primarily using Python.

Contribute to frontend development using React or similar modern frameworks.

Develop innovative features and solutions across multiple A2A projects.

Leverage cutting-edge AI development tools and adopt best practices for AI-assisted coding and vibe coding to improve development productivity and quality.

Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies and development approaches.

Contribute to the company's innovation initiatives by transforming ideas into working solutions.

Collaborate with developers, Product Management, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Take ownership of development tasks, from technical design through implementation and delivery.

Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

You'll Do It Using:

1-2 years of hands-on software development experience

A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, etc.

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows and the ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code effectively.

Good understanding of backend development concepts and application architecture.

Advantages:

Hands-on frontend development experience with React or a similar modern framework.

Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend communication.

Experience with Git or similar version-control tools.

Experience with Java.

Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

Familiarity with Docker, microservices, or CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with automated testing.

Experience building AI-powered applications, working with LLM APIs, or integrating AI capabilities into software products.

Familiarity with agentic coding workflows and AI-driven development automation.
