Wir suchen 1 Senior Firmware Engineer (w/m/d) Deine Mission

Du siehst deine Zukunft in der Welt der Elektromobilität und lässt dich von technologischer Innovation begeistern? Lass uns gemeinsam die Automobilindustrie revolutionieren und unsere Ladetechnologie Matrix Charging® als Standard von morgen etablieren.

Was dich erwartet

* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Firmware für Embedded Systeme mit Anforderungen aus der Industrie- und Automobilbranche

* Entwicklung der Software-Architektur in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen

* Eigenverantwortliche fachliche Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität.

* Organisation und Durchführung von Reviews sowie Freigabe von neuen Software-Releases

* Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Software Team Mitgliedern

* Aktives Einbringen von neuen Methoden und Prozessverbesserungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Software

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Software-Engineering, Telematik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, etc.

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Firmware-Entwicklung von komplexen mechatronischen Systemen

* Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von sicherheitskritischer Software im Industrie- und/oder Automotive-Umfeld (ISO26262, IEC61508)

* Erfahrung mit AUTOSAR und/oder ASPICE von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches Denken und stark lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, systematische sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
