Wir suchen 1 Test Manager (w/m/d) Deine Mission

Du siehst deine Zukunft in der Elektromobilität und begeisterst dich für technologische Innovation? Dann werde Teil von Easelink und bring deine Expertise im Testmanagement dort ein, wo Qualität und Sicherheit den Unterschied machen. Gemeinsam treiben wir die Transformation der Automobilindustrie voran und stellen sicher, dass Matrix Charging® als zuverlässiger Standard von morgen etabliert wird.

Was dich erwartet

* Gesamtverantwortung für das Testmanagement für Automotive und Industriekomponenten

* Erstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategien, Testkonzepten und Testplänen

* Steuerung und Koordination interner sowie externer Testteams

* Planung, Überwachung und Reporting von Testfortschritt, Qualität, Budget und Risiken

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Standards (z. B. ASPICE, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ISTQB)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Projektmanagement und Prototypenbau

* Analyse von Testergebnissen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsmaßnahmen

* Unterstützung bei Audits und Assessments (z. B. SPICE Assessments)

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testmethoden, Testprozessen und Testwerkzeugen (z.B. ISTQB; idealerweise Advanced Level Test Manager oder vergleichbar)

* Erfahrung mit standardkonformen Entwicklungsprozessen (ASPICE, V-Modell, Agile/Scrum)

* Erfahrung mit HiL- und SiL-Testsystemen von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Bereich funktionale Sicherheit oder Cybersecurity sind ein Plus

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit OEMs und Tier-1-Lieferanten wünschenswert

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz

* Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
