Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Executive Assistant.

In this role you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Consumer Lending Cluster Head, managing documents, correspondence, office records, reimbursements, and event-related activities. You will also monitor and follow through on key matters requiring the Cluster Head's attention to ensure timely action and efficient operations.

What the role will entail

  • Manage document intake, tracking, filing, and records maintenance for the Consumer Lending Cluster Head, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing.
  • Coordinate and process reimbursement requests, administrative requirements, and employee-related concerns with the appropriate support units.
  • Monitor complaint letters, requests, and other matters received by the Cluster Head's office, coordinating with stakeholders and following through on resolutions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record minutes and action items as needed, and track required reports and submissions across the Consumer Lending Cluster.
  • Maintain monthly headcount records and submit updates to the designated department for consolidation and reporting.
  • Coordinate cluster events, urgent administrative concerns, and other key activities on behalf of the Consumer Lending Cluster Head, ensuring timely escalation, resolution, and continuity of support when needed.
  • Plan and coordinate cluster events, meetings, assemblies, award ceremonies, and other activities, while performing other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Management or any related field
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
