  • Ability to work safely in environments with active vehicle traffic.
  • Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts when required by Operations Management.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including freezing temperatures, high winds, and snow accumulation.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform continuous physical movements, including bending, stooping, and twisting.
  • Must have excellent vision; corrective lenses are acceptable if they allow for optimal vision.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside company equipment, on job sites, and within branch facilities.

Work Environment / Physical Expectations

  • Outdoor work in severe winter conditions.
  • Frequent exposure to ice, snow, cold temperatures, and moving automotive equipment.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, or operating machinery.
  • Shift lengths may vary depending on storm duration and operational needs.

Rate of Pay – How Compensation Is Determined

Pay rates fall within an established range for each job category. Hiring managers follow corporate guidance to determine the appropriate rate based on factors including:

  • Verified years of relevant commercial snow removal experience.
  • Whether you meet the company’s insurance and underwriting requirements to operate company vehicles.
  • Your proven ability to operate specific classes of equipment.
  • Special licenses or credentials (e.g., CDL, Hoisting License).
  • References from direct supervisors and previous employers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
