The posting

Specialist Technician

Major Areas of Focus

Specialist Technicians (ST) are elite, multi‑skilled front‑line workers who operate under the direction of a Specialist Crew Leader. Often described as the company’s “Swiss Army Knife,” STs support multiple service lines and project types and are trained to use a wide range of equipment, including heavy equipment. They complete diverse operational tasks safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while maintaining clear communication and strong respect for leadership and teammates. STs may also receive direction or training from a Project Manager or Field Supervisor.

Training & Development Path: Candidates may join with limited experience. Upon meeting baseline hiring qualifications (drug screen, background check, driving eligibility, English fluency, travel capability, and physical requirements), newly hired STs receive structured on‑the‑job training and progressive certifications across multiple job categories and equipment classes (including heavy equipment). Advancement follows a formal skills ladder managed by the Specialist Crew Leader.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
