Retail Store Representative

Work Location: 5472 Spring Garden Road Department: Retail Reports To: Retail Store Manager Employment Status: Part time, less than 20 hours per week, rotating schedule including evenings and weekends

Great customer experiences start with great conversations. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers stay connected by understanding their needs and recommending the Eastlink products and services that fit their lifestyle.

Whether you're helping someone choose a new mobile device, explaining the latest promotions, or troubleshooting a service question, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience. If you enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and achieving goals in a team-oriented environment, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll make an impact by:

Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that provide the best solution. Building customer loyalty through exceptional service, product knowledge, and personalized support. Demonstrating and promoting Eastlink's products, services, and current offers with confidence. Contributing to individual and store sales targets in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. Continuously learning about new technology, products, and promotions to better support customers.

What You Bring We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is motivated to deliver both great customer experiences and sales results. You'll be a great fit if you:

Bring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to every interaction. Are comfortable working toward sales goals in a retail environment. Have an interest in technology and enjoy learning about new products and services. Enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right solution. Have a positive attitude and passion for customer service. Thrive as part of a team and are willing to support colleagues when needed. Previous retail, sales, telecommunications, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
