Job Description:

The Business Development Associate will lead the development of new business leads, manage relationships with our current corporate clients, and close deals with target business accounts. We are seeking expert communicators and strategists who can drive revenue and growth through end-to-end delivery and develop strategic alliances and partnerships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and sales leadership experience, with a focus on BPO services and programs, is a plus.
  • The candidate should have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets when selling BPO outsourcing services (such as accounting, telemarketing, data recording, social media, customer support).
  • The candidate should also have strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools is necessary.
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty is essential.

Requirements:

  • Remote | Philippine-wide
  • Full-time Graveyard Shift
  • 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
  • Salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.
  • For permanent position.
  • Not presently employed by another company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and build relationships with senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to determine strategic placement in the market and identify the most effective communication approach.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the services and programs offered by the BPO center to its specific target audiences.
  • Partner with our other functional areas and teams to deliver winning contract proposals and tender responses for prospective clients.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business from existing clients and acquire new clients from competitors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget parameters.
