Recruteur Senior – Multi‑industries (H/F)

Région parisienne | Télétravail

Pour lun de nos clients, un groupe actif dans plusieurs industries, nous recherchons un Recruteur Senior pour renforcer ses équipes. Le poste est 100 % remote, avec une collaboration étroite avec les équipes basées en région parisienne.

Vos missions

  • Piloter lensemble du processus de recrutement de profils variés (cadres et experts)
  • Travailler en lien direct avec les managers opérationnels pour comprendre les besoins
  • Sourcer activement les candidats (LinkedIn, bases de données, réseaux, approche directe)
  • Mener les entretiens et évaluer les compétences techniques et humaines
  • Gérer le suivi des candidats jusquà lintégration
  • Contribuer à lamélioration des méthodes et outils de recrutement

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que recruteur senior (cabinet et/ou entreprise)
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements en parallèle
  • Expérience en prospection / sourcing actif dans le recrutement : un vrai plus
  • À laise avec les outils digitaux et LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bon relationnel, autonomie et sens de lorganisation
  • Anglais professionnel apprécié
