Van het vinden van de juiste mensen tot het maken van een goede planning: wij zorgen dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. We houden van aanpakken, korte lijnen en een persoonlijke benadering. Want uiteindelijk zijn het de mensen die het verschil maken!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief zoeken en enthousiasmeren van nieuwe kandidaten.
  • Voeren van kennismakingsgesprekken en begeleiden van sollicitanten.
  • Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten, medewerkers en klanten.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent enthousiast, communicatief sterk en georganiseerd.
  • Je houdt van aanpakken en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en kunt goed schakelen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met recruitment of personeelsplanning.
  • Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met AI tooling of je hier verder in wilt verdiepen.
