En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Administrador de Base de Datos Oracle para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como DBA Oracle, serás la mente estratégica detrás de la administración, respaldo, recuperación, upgrade y migración de bases de datos en entornos críticos de alta disponibilidad, trabajando remotamente con flexibilidad de viajar a Costa Rica según requiera el proyecto.

  1. Tus principales desafíos: Ejecutar y supervisar la instalación, configuración, upgrades y migraciones complejas de bases de datos Oracle garantizando cero pérdida de datos. Diseñar e implementar políticas robustas de respaldo y recuperación en ambientes de alta disponibilidad utilizando RMAN, Data Pump y Data Guard. Monitorear y afinar el rendimiento de bases de datos críticas mediante Oracle Enterprise Manager. Atender y resolver requerimientos e incidentes operativos bajo esquemas de soporte 7x24x365 de acuerdo con las ventanas de servicio. Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes): Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado). Experiencia de mínimo 1 proyecto dentro de los últimos 2 años cubriendo de forma conjunta: administración, instalación, configuración, respaldo, recuperación, upgrade y migración de base de datos Oracle en entornos de alta disponibilidad (RAC, Stand-by, Data Guard). Dominio de Oracle Database (10g, 11g o superior), RMAN, Data Pump, ETL y Oracle Enterprise Manager. Certificación Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate (OCA) o superior vigente en la ruta DBA. Certificaciones de Scrum y DevOps vigentes y verificables en línea. Power Skills: Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para identificar preventivamente cuellos de botella en la base de datos y actuar antes de que afecten la operación. Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para coordinar migraciones críticas con equipos de desarrollo y redactar reportes post-incidente precisos. Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para resolver incidentes imprevistos en sistemas transaccionales dinámicos y demandantes. Highlights: Proyectos globales de alto impacto. Remoto (con opción de movilización a Costa Rica según necesidades del proyecto), acompañamiento 1:1 de HRBP y desafíos técnicos de alta complejidad. Cultura de alto rendimiento e innovación.
