Buscamos a un/a profesional capaz de sentarse con un Country Manager, entender el reto del cliente, plantear la solución tecnológica y participar activamente en la negociación y cierre de proyectos de desarrollo de software.

🎯 Tu misión

Serás el brazo tecnológico-comercial del Country Manager en oportunidades estratégicas, acompañándolo en reuniones con clientes y ayudando a convertir necesidades de negocio en propuestas de alto valor.

🔥 ¿Qué harás?

• Acompañar al Country Manager en reuniones comerciales con clientes y prospectos.

• Levantar y entender necesidades técnicas y de negocio.

• Diseñar y presentar arquitecturas y soluciones de software.

• Traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en propuestas claras para tomadores de decisión.

• Participar en la definición de alcance, estimaciones y propuestas técnicas.

• Defender la solución frente al cliente y responder preguntas técnicas.

• Identificar riesgos, dependencias y alternativas de solución.

• Trabajar junto a equipos comerciales y técnicos durante todo el ciclo de preventa.

• Participar activamente en la negociación y cierre de oportunidades.

🧠 Lo que buscamos

✔️ Experiencia como Software Architect, Solution Architect, Presales Architect, Technical Presales o roles similares.

✔️ Experiencia participando en procesos comerciales de tecnología.

✔️ Sólido conocimiento de arquitectura y desarrollo de software.

✔️ Capacidad para conversar tanto con perfiles técnicos como con ejecutivos y clientes.

✔️ Excelente comunicación y capacidad de presentación.

✔️ Experiencia en estimación de proyectos y construcción de propuestas técnicas.

✔️ Orientación comercial y enfoque en resultados.

✔️ Disponibilidad para trabajar por horas y acompañar reuniones estratégicas según las oportunidades comerciales.

✔️ Residencia en Lima, Perú, con disponibilidad para reuniones presenciales cuando sea necesario.
