🚀 Arquitecto/a Empresarial

En ReKluti buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Empresarial / de Negocio para asumir un reto estratégico en el sector bancario y ser parte de iniciativas que conectan negocio, estrategia y tecnología.

Buscamos a una persona capaz de entender la organización de manera integral, identificar oportunidades de transformación y diseñar una arquitectura que permita evolucionar hacia modelos más eficientes, escalables, seguros y sostenibles.

🎯 Tu reto

Serás responsable de alinear la arquitectura empresarial con los objetivos estratégicos y de negocio, contribuyendo a la transformación tecnológica y empresarial de nuestros clientes.

Tu trabajo tendrá impacto en la definición de estrategias, modelos de gobierno, evolución de capacidades y toma de decisiones que permitan construir organizaciones preparadas para el futuro.

🔥 Principales desafíos

Diseñar y alinear la arquitectura empresarial con la estrategia y objetivos del negocio.

Definir modelos y lineamientos de arquitectura que permitan desarrollar soluciones escalables, seguras y sostenibles.

Analizar procesos, capacidades y estructuras actuales para identificar oportunidades de mejora y transformación.

Impulsar iniciativas de Gobierno IT y Gobierno de Datos para fortalecer la gestión y toma de decisiones.

Aplicar marcos de referencia y buenas prácticas de arquitectura empresarial.

Acompañar iniciativas de transformación empresarial y tecnológica, conectando las necesidades del negocio con las capacidades tecnológicas.

Interactuar con diferentes áreas y stakeholders para comprender necesidades, generar propuestas y facilitar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

🎓 Educación

Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o carreras afines.

Se valorará contar con certificación TOGAF 9 y formación complementaria en Arquitectura Empresarial, Gobierno IT, Gobierno de Datos o Transformación Digital.

💼 Experiencia

Más de 5 años de experiencia en Arquitectura Empresarial, Arquitectura de Negocio o posiciones relacionadas.

Experiencia en el sector bancario o financiero, participando en proyectos de arquitectura, transformación empresarial o tecnológica.

Experiencia trabajando con modelos de Gobierno IT y Gobierno de Datos.

Experiencia en el análisis y mejora de procesos, capacidades y modelos operativos.

🧠 Habilidades requeridas

TOGAF — Expert

Gobierno IT — Expert

Transformación Empresarial — Expert

Conocimiento de DAMA y marcos de gestión de datos.

Manejo de herramientas de modelado de arquitectura empresarial.

Pensamiento estratégico y visión sistémica.

Capacidad para conectar estrategia, procesos, personas, datos y tecnología.

Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para relacionarse con diferentes áreas y niveles de la organización.

Capacidad analítica, criterio para la toma de decisiones y orientación a resultados.

Inglés B2.
