¿Te apasiona la gestión de programas de beneficios y el bienestar organizacional? En Kruger buscamos un/a Asistente de Krugs para fortalecer la experiencia de nuestros colaboradores a través de nuestro programa interno de recompensas.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Gestionar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del programa Krugs, administrando la plataforma, vinculando aliados estratégicos y ejecutando acciones que fomenten la motivación, el reconocimiento y la cultura de bienestar en Kruger.

📝 Principales responsabilidades:

  • Administrar y mantener operativa la plataforma Krugs.
  • Elaborar y reportar descuentos a nómina por consumo de Krugs.
  • Negociar con nuevos aliados nacionales e internacionales.
  • Coordinar el abastecimiento del carrito Happiness to Go.
  • Monitorear indicadores de uso y satisfacción del programa.
  • Colaborar en campañas internas de comunicación y bienestar.
  • Brindar soporte y atención a colaboradores.
  • Promover el cumplimiento de políticas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

🎓 Requisitos:

  • Título de tercer nivel en Administración, Comunicación, Psicología Organizacional, Marketing o afines.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel medio (tablas dinámicas).
  • Deseable experiencia en gestión de programas de beneficios, fidelización, proveedores o plataformas digitales internas (mínimo 6 meses).
