En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Consultor Senior de Procesos para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

En el rol de Consultor Senior de Procesos, asumirás la responsabilidad de liderar el rediseño operativo y diagnosticar brechas críticas a través de la facilitación de talleres estratégicos de alto nivel, ejecutando el rol en modalidad 100% remota.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Facilitar y moderar talleres ejecutivos y operativos orientados al entendimiento profundo del negocio.
  • Ejecutar el levantamiento minucioso y análisis de brechas críticas operativas dentro de ecosistemas distribuidos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de rediseño operativo integral para proponer flujos óptimos en su versión futura (TO-BE).
  • Desarrollar y presentar documentación ejecutiva de alto estándar técnico y corporativo para la toma de decisiones directivas.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia deseable y comprobada de 5+ años trabajando en mejora continua de procesos y consultoría operativa.
  • Dominio sólido e indispensable de la notación estandarizada BPMN.
  • Maestría en técnicas de levantamiento AS-IS, diseño de modelos TO-BE y facilitación presencial/virtual de talleres de co-creación.
  • Habilidad demostrada en la estructuración de análisis operativo y redacción de documentación ejecutiva de alto nivel.

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Capacidad sobresaliente para mediar con stakeholders, guiar mesas de trabajo complejas y alinear visiones encontradas.
