🚀 En Kruger Media buscamos un/a Content Manager para impulsar historias que transforman marcas.

Serás parte del equipo de Marketing y Estrategia, donde tu misión será diseñar, planificar y liderar estrategias de contenido que conecten a las marcas con sus audiencias. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en el posicionamiento, engagement y crecimiento de nuestros clientes a través de campañas innovadoras y experiencias memorables.

🎯 Tus principales desafíos

• Conceptualizar campañas de comunicación y marketing alineadas a los objetivos de negocio de cada marca.

• Diseñar planes de contenido multicanal para redes sociales, medios digitales y campañas integradas.

• Liderar la planificación editorial y coordinar la ejecución de contenidos con equipos creativos y de diseño.

• Desarrollar storytelling y propuestas de valor que generen conexión con las audiencias.

• Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento digital y oportunidades de contenido para maximizar resultados.

• Trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos de diseño, pauta, audiovisual y cuentas para asegurar la consistencia de las campañas.

💻 Hard Skills

• Formación en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad, Periodismo o carreras afines.

• Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en gestión de contenido, estrategia digital o agencias de marketing.

• Experiencia en conceptualización y ejecución de campañas digitales.

• Conocimiento en planificación estratégica de contenidos, branding y comunicación digital.

• Dominio de redes sociales y ecosistemas digitales.

• Meta Business Suite.

• LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Google Analytics.

• Notion, Trello o herramientas de gestión de proyectos.

• ChatGPT y herramientas de IA aplicadas a marketing.
