En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Azure para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Buscamos un perfil técnico especializado en desarrollo cloud-native sobre la plataforma Microsoft Azure, capaz de construir, optimizar y mantener ecosistemas basados en microservicios, contenedores e integración continua. La posición se desempeña bajo la modalidad Remoto (con opción de movilización a Costa Rica según las necesidades del proyecto).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar y desplegar soluciones cloud-native altamente escalables utilizando microservicios, contenedores (Docker, AKS, Azure Container Apps) e integraciones sobre la plataforma Microsoft Azure.
  • Asegurar la calidad y observabilidad del software implementando prácticas TDD, principios SOLID, y configurando herramientas de monitoreo continuo como Application Insights y Dynatrace.
  • Orquestar la arquitectura de datos y comunicación integrando servicios de mensajería (Service Bus), caché (Azure Cache for Redis), bases de datos SQL y soluciones de búsqueda como Azure Elastic Search.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de vida del desarrollo mediante prácticas DevOps en Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards y Artifacts), asegurando entregas continuas y seguras.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Titulación: Bachillerato universitario mínimo concluido en Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines (Título certificado).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años comprobados en desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones dentro de los últimos 3 años.
  • Proyecto en Producción: Mínimo 1 proyecto de desarrollo de software en producción ejecutado en los últimos 3 años con datos verificables.
  • Certificaciones Obligatorias (Vigentes y verificables):
  1. Microsoft Azure: AZ-900 o AZ-204 (o superior equivalente).
  2. Scrum: Scrum Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP o equivalente.
  3. DevOps: DevOps Foundation, DASA DevOps Fundamentals o DEPC.
  • Lenguajes y Frameworks: C# / .NET (versiones 6, 8 o superior), ASP.NET Core Web API, gRPC, Node.js, Python y Java.
  • Servicios Cloud Azure: Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL Database, Storage Account, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Configuration y Azure API Management.
  • Contenedores y DevOps: Docker, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos) y conocimientos en TDD/SOLID.

Power Skills:

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para liderar la implementación de arquitecturas cloud complejas con independencia y rigor técnico.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Agilidad para asimilar nuevos componentes del ecosistema Azure e integrarlos eficientemente a entornos en producción.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para interactuar dinámicamente con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y prácticas DevOps.
