En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Frontend - React para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un profesional especializado en Frontend para integrarse bajo modalidad 100% remota. Debe contar con +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones web, principalmente utilizando tecnologías del ecosistema React.

📌 Requisito indispensable

🇲🇽 Ser de nacionalidad mexicana y contar con documento de identidad nacional (INE) físico.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar e implementar componentes Frontend reutilizables y de alta calidad dentro del ecosistema React, garantizando la mantenibilidad y escalabilidad del código.
  • Asegurar la estabilidad del software mediante la ejecución rigurosa de pruebas unitarias e integrales en todas las etapas del desarrollo.
  • Traducir requerimientos técnicos y funcionales en interfaces web intuitivas, eficientes y alineadas a buenas prácticas de la industria.
  • Diagnosticar, atender y resolver incidencias en fases de pruebas y producción, brindando soporte durante los despliegues de la solución.
  • Participar en sesiones de revisión y análisis de requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Diseñar y desarrollar componentes Frontend de acuerdo con los requerimientos definidos.
  • Implementar el código necesario para las funcionalidades y componentes asignados.
  • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias sobre las implementaciones realizadas.
  • Participar en la ejecución de pruebas integrales de las soluciones desarrolladas.
  • Identificar, analizar, atender y dar seguimiento a las incidencias detectadas durante las diferentes fases de pruebas.
  • Brindar apoyo durante el despliegue y configuración de las soluciones en ambientes de Pruebas y Producción.
  • Apoyar en la certificación y validación del correcto funcionamiento de los ambientes de Pruebas y Producción.
  • Colaborar con los diferentes equipos involucrados para asegurar la correcta implementación y puesta en marcha de las soluciones.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
  • 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo Frontend.
  • Experiencia sólida con ReactJS.
  • Dominio de JavaScript.
  • Experiencia con HTML5.
  • Experiencia con CSS3.
  • Conocimientos de desarrollo y diseño de componentes reutilizables.
  • Experiencia en pruebas unitarias e integrales.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías y buenas prácticas para el desarrollo de aplicaciones web.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos bajo metodologías ágiles

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa en el análisis de problemas, optimización de código y resolución de incidencias sin requerir supervisión constante.

  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Disposición para desempeñarse de forma ágil en ambientes dinámicos y dar soporte eficaz en despliegues y certificaciones de ambiente.
