En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Oracle para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

  1. Resumen: Como Desarrollador Oracle, serás la pieza central a cargo del mantenimiento, análisis, diseño e implementación sobre el stack de base de datos y desarrollo de Oracle (PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, BI y APEX), operando en modalidad remota con disponibilidad de viajar a Costa Rica según lo exija el proyecto. Tus principales desafíos: Construir, optimizar y refactorizar requerimientos sobre sistemas transaccionales y de analítica de datos utilizando tecnologías Oracle Database y PL/SQL. Desarrollar, migrar y dar soporte a flujos en Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher y aplicaciones ágiles sobre Oracle APEX. Controlar el ciclo de vida de las tareas utilizando herramientas como Azure DevOps, asegurando entregables documentados y con una garantía técnica de 6 meses. Atender incidentes técnicos en la plataforma y realizar guardias según los requerimientos del contrato. Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes): Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado). Mínimo 2 proyectos de desarrollo y mantenimiento dentro de los últimos 10 años en plataforma Oracle. Experiencia técnica sólida en: Oracle Database (10g, 11c, 12c+), Oracle PL/SQL, Forms/Reports (6i, 10g, 11c o superior), Oracle APEX, BI Publisher, WebLogic Server y BI Enterprise Edition. Deseable: Conocimientos de Sockets Java, Pro*C y C++. Certificación vigente obligatoria: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate (OCA) O Certified Professional (OCP) O Oracle APEX Cloud Developer Professional. Certificaciones vigentes de Scrum y DevOps. Power Skills: Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Flexibilidad para trabajar con código legado y migrarlo exitosamente hacia arquitecturas Web o APEX. Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para proponer mejoras en la lógica de base de datos que optimicen significativamente el tiempo de respuesta. Trabajo Colaborativo: Sinergia de trabajo continuo con DBAs y desarrolladores para resolver incidentes críticos de negocio. Highlights: Proyectos globales de alto impacto. Remoto (con opción de movilización a Costa Rica según necesidades del proyecto), acompañamiento 1:1 de HRBP y desafíos técnicos de alta complejidad. Cultura de alto rendimiento e innovación.
