🚀 Senior PEGA Developer – Proyecto Internacional (Pago en USD)

¿Te gustaría participar en un proyecto estratégico de transformación digital para una de las empresas más grandes de México?

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Senior PEGA Developer para integrarse bajo modalidad Contractor, trabajando en un proyecto de alto impacto en el sector financiero, con pago en USD.

Esta es una oportunidad para formar parte de iniciativas de modernización tecnológica a gran escala, diseñando soluciones empresariales robustas basadas en la plataforma PEGA.

🎯 Tu misión

Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones end-to-end en PEGA PRPC, alineadas a requerimientos de negocio y estándares técnicos empresariales, garantizando calidad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas.

🌎 Alcance del rol

El profesional participará en proyectos del sector financiero, enfocados en ofrecimientos y atención a clientes.

Será un elemento clave en el diseño y desarrollo de:

  • Aplicaciones web basadas en microservicios y micro frontends
  • Integración de capacidades de la plataforma PEGA como: BPM Reglas de negocio NBO (Next Best Offer) NBA (Next Best Action)

Además, brindará recomendaciones sobre el uso óptimo de estas capacidades dentro de un portal web unificado en entorno cloud.

Trabajará con un equipo multidisciplinario, manteniendo comunicación constante con equipos de Negocio y Tecnología para:

  • Refinar especificaciones funcionales
  • Traducir requerimientos en diseños técnicos
  • Implementar soluciones escalables y sostenibles

🛠️ Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones PEGA alineadas a requerimientos funcionales y técnicos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones siguiendo guardrails, patrones y estándares de la industria.
  • Garantizar estándares empresariales en: Performance Escalabilidad Observabilidad Seguridad
  • Integrar PEGA con sistemas empresariales mediante: REST SOAP JMS APIs
  • Resolver incidentes técnicos complejos en entornos multiaplicación.
  • Realizar code reviews y mentoría a desarrolladores junior.
  • Elaborar documentación técnica (diseño de solución, mapeos de datos, guías de despliegue).
  • Trabajar bajo metodología Agile (Scrum).
  • Mantenerse actualizado en funcionalidades de PEGA 8.x y tendencias emergentes.

✅ Requisitos

  • +5 años de experiencia comprobada en diseño, desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones PEGA.
  • Experiencia sólida en PEGA PRPC, incluyendo: Case Management Workflows UI Activities Data Pages Decision Rules
  • Experiencia obligatoria con PEGA 8.x.
  • Experiencia integrando PEGA con sistemas externos (REST, SOAP, JMS, APIs).
  • Experiencia en proyectos para clientes de escala empresarial.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos complejos y arquitecturas modernas.
  • Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
  • Excelente comunicación para interactuar con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
