En Rekluti estamos en búsqueda de un/a Desarrollador/a Salesforce Senior para integrarse a un proyecto internacional, colaborando en el desarrollo, personalización e integración de soluciones sobre la plataforma Salesforce.

🎯 Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones sobre la plataforma Salesforce.
  • Configurar y personalizar Salesforce de acuerdo con los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Desarrollar componentes utilizando Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) y Visualforce cuando sea necesario.
  • Diseñar e implementar integraciones con sistemas externos mediante APIs REST y SOAP.
  • Participar en el análisis de requerimientos y proponer soluciones técnicas alineadas con las mejores prácticas de Salesforce.
  • Realizar pruebas, mantenimiento y optimización de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Colaborar con equipos funcionales y técnicos bajo metodologías ágiles.

✅ Requisitos

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia como Desarrollador/a Salesforce.
  • Experiencia sólida desarrollando con Apex y Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Conocimientos en configuración y personalización de Salesforce.
  • Experiencia desarrollando e integrando APIs REST y SOAP.
  • Conocimientos en Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de control de versiones (Git).
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum o Kanban).
  • Capacidad para analizar requerimientos funcionales y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas.

⭐ Deseable

  • Certificaciones Salesforce (Platform Developer I o II, App Builder u otras).
  • Experiencia con Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud o Service Cloud.
  • Conocimientos en CI/CD y procesos de despliegue en Salesforce.
