Diseñador/a UX/UI

En Rekluti, el diseño visual es el medio, pero la experiencia de usuario excepcional es el fin. Buscamos estrategas de producto que sumen su visión al legado de nuestros clientes. Tu misión será liderar la conceptualización, maquetación y consistencia visual de interfaces para aplicaciones web y móviles de escala masiva, donde la usabilidad, la simplicidad y el pensamiento centrado en el usuario son los pilares de cada solución digital que construimos para uno de los líderes más importantes del sector retail.

Este rol requiere una visión 360° del ciclo de vida de diseño (UX/UI), donde tu experiencia técnica y analítica será la base para transformar requerimientos funcionales y necesidades de negocio en soluciones intuitivas, interactuando directamente con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders clave en entornos corporativos de alta exigencia.

Para este perfil, buscamos profesionales que cumplan con los siguientes estándares:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años de trayectoria comprobable en diseño de experiencias de usuario e interfaces (UX/UI) enfocado en plataformas web y aplicaciones móviles.
  • Estrategia & Enfoque UX: Capacidad para traducir flujos complejos y requerimientos de negocio en soluciones visuales simples, claras y eficientes, asegurando la mejora continua de las experiencias digitales.
  • Herramientas de Prototipado: Dominio avanzado de herramientas líderes del ecosistema de diseño como Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD o similares, para la creación de wireframes, mockups y prototipos interactivos de alta fidelidad.
  • Sistemas de Diseño: Conocimiento y aplicación práctica de Design Systems y componentes reutilizables, garantizando la consistencia visual y la escalabilidad del producto.
  • Colaboración técnica & Handoff: Experiencia directa en la generación y entrega de assets y recursos visuales optimizados para el equipo de desarrollo, asegurando la correcta implementación técnica de los diseños.
  • Interacción con Stakeholders: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para presentar, argumentar y defender propuestas de diseño frente a equipos funcionales, líderes de negocio y clientes.
  • Agilidad: Sólida experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Agile) integrando células de trabajo multidisciplinarias.
  • Mentalidad de Iteración: Alta atención al detalle, orientación a la calidad, autonomía para la gestión de entregables y apertura para recibir feedback constructivo y realizar iteraciones rápidas.
