Ejecutivo/a de Logística y Adquisiciones IT

Buscamos una persona altamente organizada, estratégica y con excelentes habilidades de negociación para convertirse en el nexo entre nuestras áreas internas y nuestra red de proveedores tecnológicos y fábricas de software.

Esta posición trabajará de manera transversal con Operaciones, Comercial, Legal y Reclutamiento y Selección, asegurando que cada requerimiento cuente con los recursos, proveedores y condiciones necesarias para una ejecución eficiente. 💻🤝

🎯 Principales responsabilidades:

🔹 Coordinar la relación administrativa y operativa con fábricas de software y proveedores tecnológicos.

🔹 Gestionar requerimientos internos provenientes de las áreas de Operaciones, Comercial y Reclutamiento y Selección, identificando y coordinando los recursos necesarios para cada necesidad o cliente.

🔹 Negociar tarifas, condiciones comerciales y términos con proveedores, buscando eficiencia, competitividad y optimización de costos.

🔹 Coordinar con el área Legal la revisión y seguimiento de contratos, acuerdos y cumplimiento de condiciones establecidas.

🔹 Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, facturación, asignación de recursos y entregables relacionados con los servicios contratados.

🔹 Mantener actualizada una base de datos de proveedores y perfiles disponibles, facilitando la asignación estratégica de recursos según las necesidades de cada proyecto.

🔹 Coordinar con el equipo Comercial la disponibilidad, costos y condiciones necesarias para la elaboración de propuestas y nuevos negocios.

🔹 Trabajar junto a Reclutamiento y Selección para identificar alternativas de talento, proveedores o fábricas que permitan cubrir requerimientos especializados.

🔹 Elaborar reportes de gestión, costos, desempeño y cumplimiento de proveedores para apoyar la toma de decisiones.

👤 Perfil que buscamos:

🎓 Profesional o tecnólogo en Sistemas, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

💼 Experiencia en gestión de proveedores, adquisiciones, compras, operaciones, logística o coordinación de servicios tecnológicos.

💻 Deseable experiencia trabajando con fábricas de software, empresas de tecnología, servicios IT o proyectos tecnológicos.

📊 Capacidad para gestionar múltiples requerimientos, analizar información y realizar seguimiento administrativo y operativo.

🤝 Excelentes habilidades de negociación, organización, comunicación y coordinación entre diferentes áreas.

🚀 Buscamos a una persona con iniciativa, criterio y capacidad para conectar las necesidades del negocio con los recursos y proveedores adecuados.
