¿Te apasiona la Inteligencia Artificial y quieres transformar procesos de negocio mediante agentes inteligentes, automatización e integración de sistemas?

En ReKluti estamos buscando un/a profesional con perfil hands-on, capaz de convertir una necesidad de negocio en una solución tecnológica funcional.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

• 2 a 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo, automatización o soluciones tecnológicas.

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia con IA Generativa, agentes de IA o automatización inteligente.

• Conocimientos de arquitectura de software, aplicados al diseño de soluciones e integración de componentes.

• Experiencia con APIs REST, Webhooks e integraciones entre sistemas.

• Conocimientos de Python o JavaScript.

• Experiencia con herramientas de automatización como n8n, Make, Dify, Flowise o Langflow.

• Conocimiento de modelos de IA como OpenAI, Gemini o Claude.

⭐ Será un plus si tienes experiencia en:

• RAG y bases de datos vectoriales.

• LangChain / LangGraph.

• Docker y servicios Cloud.

• Diseño de flujos y arquitecturas para soluciones basadas en IA.

💡 ¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Que puedas diseñar y construir soluciones donde diferentes componentes trabajen juntos: agentes de IA, modelos generativos, APIs, bases de datos, herramientas externas y automatizaciones.
