En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Especialista Gobierno, Riesgo y KPI para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Como Especialista Gobierno, Riesgo y KPI, serás la persona responsable de mitigar el riesgo operativo, establecer el control metodológico y desplegar rituales de alto rendimiento basados en datos, operando de manera 100% remota.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar, estructurar e implementar marcos sólidos de gobierno de procesos a nivel corporativo.
  • Definir e iterar matrices de control y marcos normativos para contener y gestionar los riesgos operativos de la compañía.
  • Establecer mapas integrales de indicadores de gestión, incluyendo el diseño detallado de métricas clave (KPI) y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
  • Desarrollar e implementar matrices de responsabilidades estructuradas (RACI) y liderar dinámicas ágiles de rituales de gestión del desempeño.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia robusta y demostrable de 5+ años liderando áreas o proyectos de gobierno de procesos y gestión de indicadores de desempeño.
  • Especialista técnico en la identificación, mapeo, control y mitigación de riesgos operativos.
  • Dominio avanzado en la definición y parametrización de KPI, SLA y modelos de gobierno corporativo.
  • Experiencia práctica comprobable estructurando matrices RACI y facilitando rituales de gestión del desempeño organizacional.

Power Skills:

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para monitorear el cumplimiento normativo e impulsar medidas correctivas de forma independiente y asertiva.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para liderar rituales de gestión con gerentes y líderes, influyendo con base en datos duros y analítica del desempeño.
  • Adaptabilidad al Cambio: Capacidad para robustecer el gobierno y el control en arquitecturas tecnológicas corporativas altamente cambiantes y ágiles.
