🚀 En Kruger buscamos Gestor de Portafolio de Proyectos / Scrum Master para impulsar >< transformando vidas.

En Kruger Corp nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Scrum Master / Gestor de Proyectos TI para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Quito, liderando la planificación y ejecución de proyectos tecnológicos estratégicos.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de Tecnologías de la Información, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma y presupuesto.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles y tradicionales.
  • Coordinar la relación con clientes y stakeholders clave durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Supervisar entregables, cronogramas y generar reportes periódicos de avance.
  • Identificar, analizar y mitigar riesgos del proyecto, definiendo planes de acción oportunos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos por la PMO y los requerimientos contractuales en proyectos con entidades públicas y privadas.

Requisitos

  • Título de tercer nivel en Sistemas, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Electrónica o Administración de Empresas.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de Tecnologías de la Información.
  • Experiencia comprobable en metodologías ágiles y tradicionales (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como MS Project, Jira, Trello, Miro u otras similares.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de equipos.

Certificaciones

  • Obligatoria: Scrum Master.
  • Deseable: PMP® (Project Management Professional – PMI).
