En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos AI Engineer para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Resumen: Buscamos un AI Engineer orientado a la ejecución e implementación práctica para diseñar, desplegar y mantener soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial en entornos de producción. El rol es bajo modalidad híbrida en Houston, TX, en esquema de contrato por 6 meses.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar e implementar flujos de trabajo con agentes (agentic workflows) y razonamiento multipaso utilizando LLMs y frameworks modernos como Google ADK.
  • Desarrollar e integrar pipelines de generación aumentada por recuperación (RAG) apoyados en arquitecturas de búsqueda vectorial y embeddings.
  • Integrar capacidades de IA dentro de servicios backend y microservicios existentes, asegurando alta disponibilidad y rendimiento.
  • Optimizar la precisión, latencia e implementar barreras de seguridad (guardrails) para reducir alucinaciones y elevar la calidad de respuesta en producción.
  • Monitorear y solucionar incidencias operativas de las funciones de IA desplegadas en conjunto con equipos de producto e ingeniería.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Sólida experiencia en ingeniería de software para desarrollo de sistemas en producción.
  • Dominio fluido de Python u otro lenguaje de programación backend equivalente.
  • Experiencia práctica construyendo aplicaciones basadas en agentes o chatbots integrados con LLMs.
  • Manejo práctico de Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de APIs, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
  • Uso y gestión de bases de datos vectoriales como Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS o similares.
  • Habilidad probada en diseño y evaluación de prompts, comprendiendo a fondo el comportamiento de los LLMs.

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Habilidad para desenvolverse de manera independiente y tomar iniciativa en la resolución de problemas técnicos complejos.
