Serás parte del equipo de Tecnología, donde tu misión será diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización impulsadas por inteligencia artificial que generen eficiencia y valor en los procesos del negocio. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la optimización operativa, la escalabilidad de soluciones y la transformación digital de la organización.

Tus principales desafíos

  • Diseñar e implementar flujos de automatización utilizando herramientas iPaaS y scripts en Python, asegurando soluciones eficientes y escalables
  • Integrar APIs de IA (LLMs como OpenAI) en procesos de negocio para mejorar la toma de decisiones y la productividad
  • Proponer mejoras continuas a los procesos existentes, haciéndolos más simples, automatizados y efectivos
  • Trabajar en sinergia con equipos técnicos y de negocio para implementar soluciones de alto impacto
  • Documentar y optimizar las soluciones desarrolladas garantizando buenas prácticas y mantenibilidad

Hard Skills:

  • Formación en Ingeniería en Software, Sistemas, Inteligencia Artificial o carreras afines
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en desarrollo, automatización o integraciones tecnológicas
  • Conocimiento práctico en IA generativa (uso de APIs de LLMs, prompting)
  • Experiencia trabajando con APIs REST y consumo de servicios
  • Manejo de herramientas como Make, Zapier o Power Automate
  • Programación en Python (intermedio/avanzado) y SQL (intermedio)
  • Manejo de control de versiones con Git
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (lectura técnica y documentación)
