📍 Modalidad: Presencial – San José, Costa Rica

🎓 Formación: Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración o carreras afines

📈 Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares, con enfoque regional en Centroamérica

🎯 Tu misión en Kruger será:

📘 Supervisar la gestión administrativa y financiera de las operaciones en Costa Rica y Centroamérica.

💰 Controlar el flujo de caja, cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.

🏦 Gestionar relaciones con bancos locales y regionales.

📑 Elaborar informes financieros, de cartera y de proveedores.

🧾 Apoyar en procesos de nómina y cumplimiento de legislación laboral costarricense.

🤝 Coordinar con cooperativas y proveedores de servicios para la correcta facturación y pagos.

📂 Asegurar el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales y administrativas en la región.

📊 Brindar soporte estratégico a la dirección financiera regional.

🧠 Requisitos clave:

✔️ Conocimiento contable básico y experiencia en gestión financiera.

✔️ Dominio de flujo de efectivo, conciliaciones bancarias y reportes financieros.

✔️ Experiencia en manejo administrativo y bancario en Costa Rica y Centroamérica.

✔️ Conocimiento de legislación laboral y procesos de nómina en Costa Rica.

✔️ Habilidad para interactuar con proveedores, clientes y entidades financieras.

✔️ Organización, liderazgo técnico y enfoque en cumplimiento.
