🚀 En Kruger buscamos un/a Key Account Executive para impulsar la transformación digital de las empresas ecuatorianas.

Serás parte del equipo comercial, donde tu misión será identificar oportunidades estratégicas, desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes corporativos y liderar la venta consultiva de soluciones tecnológicas de alto impacto. Tu trabajo influirá directamente en el crecimiento de nuestros clientes mediante innovación, automatización e inteligencia artificial.

🎯 Tus principales desafíos

• Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera de cuentas estratégicas en la región Costa.

• Identificar, prospectar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio en soluciones de desarrollo de software a medida, Inteligencia Artificial, automatización, ciberseguridad y Cloud.

• Construir relaciones sólidas con gerentes, directores y tomadores de decisión de empresas medianas y grandes.

• Comprender los retos de negocio de los clientes y diseñar estrategias comerciales alineadas a sus objetivos.

• Liderar el ciclo completo de venta consultiva, desde la prospección hasta el cierre y seguimiento de la cuenta.

• Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de preventa, arquitectura y delivery para construir propuestas de alto valor.

💻 Hard Skills

• Formación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Sistemas o carreras afines.

• Experiencia de 5 a 7 años en venta consultiva B2B de soluciones tecnológicas.

• Experiencia comprobada generando y cerrando negocios con clientes corporativos.

• Conocimiento de metodologías de venta consultiva y gestión de cuentas estratégicas.

• Experiencia negociando con niveles gerenciales, directivos y C-Level.

• Deseable experiencia en empresas de tecnología, software, telecomunicaciones, consultoría o transformación digital.
