En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Líder Técnico para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Resumen del Rol:

Como Líder Técnico, serás la pieza fundamental entre la visión estratégica del producto y la ejecución técnica del equipo. Guiarás la arquitectura de software, asegurarás las mejores prácticas de código y potenciarás el crecimiento técnico de los ingenieros a tu cargo en un entorno de desarrollo moderno y distribuido (Modalidad 100% Remota - LATAM).

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar y escalar arquitecturas de software robustas, mantenibles y seguras para plataformas internacionales de alta concurrencia.
  • Guiar y mentorear al equipo de desarrollo, promoviendo mejores prácticas de ingeniería (Clean Code, Code Reviews, TDD) y excelencia técnica.
  • Facilitar la toma de decisiones tecnológicas clave, definiendo patrones de diseño, frameworks y estándares de integración.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Product Managers y Stakeholders para traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones técnicas alcanzables y eficientes.
  • Optimizar los procesos de entrega e integración continua (CI/CD), reduciendo tiempos de despliegue y asegurando la estabilidad del sistema.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Experiencia previa: Mínimo 4 a 5 años en roles de desarrollo de software y al menos 2 años desempeñándote como Líder Técnico o Software Architect.
  • Ecosistema Tech: Dominio sólido de backend (Java, Node.js, Python o .NET Core) y microservicios.
  • Arquitectura & Cloud: Experiencia demostrable en diseño de arquitecturas distribuidas, APIs RESTful y servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Bases de Datos: Manejo avanzado de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL) y no relacionales (MongoDB, Redis).
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Conocimientos prácticos en contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y pipelines de integración continua.
  • Metodologías: Dominio profundo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).

Power Skills:

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para tomar la iniciativa ante problemas complejos, proponer soluciones innovadoras sin supervisión constante y liderar con el ejemplo.
  • Comunicación Asertiva: Habilidad para transmitir conceptos técnicos complejos de forma clara tanto a equipos de ingeniería como a stakeholders no técnicos.
  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Enfoque empático para desbloquear al equipo, potenciar el talento de sus miembros y construir un ambiente de confianza y excelencia.
