🚀 En Rekluti (Kruger Corp) buscamos un/a Pasante de Diseño Gráfico para impulsar experiencias internas que transforman vidas.

Serás parte del equipo de Talento Humano y Cultura, donde tu misión será apoyar la comunicación interna y fortalecer la cultura organizacional a través de contenido visual creativo e innovador. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la experiencia de nuestros colaboradores y en la evolución de nuestros equipos.

🎯 Tus principales desafíos • Diseñar piezas gráficas creativas para campañas de comunicación interna y cultura organizacional. • Apoyar en la creación de contenido visual para iniciativas de marca empleadora y bienestar. • Proponer ideas innovadoras que hagan la comunicación más cercana, dinámica y efectiva. • Trabajar en sinergia con distintas áreas para impulsar proyectos internos de alto impacto. • Brindar soporte en edición básica de video y contenido digital para canales internos.

🎨 ¿Qué buscamos? • Estudiantes de últimos semestres o egresados de Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Multimedia o carreras afines. • Manejo de herramientas como Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva y/o Premiere. • Creatividad, atención al detalle y pasión por la comunicación visual. • Interés por cultura organizacional, branding y comunicación interna. • Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico

💻 Hard Skills: • Formación en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Multimedia, Comunicación Visual o carreras afines. • Deseable experiencia previa en diseño de contenido digital, comunicación interna o manejo de redes sociales (prácticas o proyectos académicos). • Conocimiento en branding, composición visual y edición básica de video. • Manejo de herramientas como:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Canva
  • Power Skills:
  • Una actitud curiosa, colaborativa y con ganas de crecer.
  • Trabajamos en base a los valores krugerianos.
